Tzatziki, one of the most iconic Greek foods, is a wonderful addition to many meals.
While traditionally it is served with Greek dolmades, gyros and chicken souvlaki, I like to use it on virtually any grilled fish or chicken dish. Use it as a dip for vegetables or a replacement to mayonnaise.
You can go the extra mile and make your own Greek yogurt, which is one of the key ingredients in tzatziki. It will taste so much better than any store-bought stuff.
Enjoy this classic tzatziki recipe below!
