Chef Douglas Kim aims to branch out from the classic Japanese ramen by creating uniquely Korean ramyun, which stems from Korean love and world-leading consumption of instant noodles.

The most affordable combo: Get spicy with gochujang bokum ($13), a beef ragu that comes with lettuce, pickled mustard, palae seaweed, and potato crisps, then cool off your burning mouth the family ramyun ($23), a classic pork bone broth ramyun with porchetta, shrimp, jalapeno, wood ear mushroom, and calabrian chili.

Tables are reserved for the full tasting menu, but you can order a la carte at the bar to get an affordable sampling of the restaurant’s best dishes.

Here, Chef Aguilar puts his heart and soul into preparing his favorite traditional Chiapas dishes, which he learned to make from his sister and aunts.

A delicious meal prepared by Chef Masayoshi Takayama will cost you up to $950 per person, but it will be well worth it. This Japanese restaurant offers some of the best-quality sushi you can find in the Big Apple.

The priciest option: The Hinoki Counter Experience, which includes the signature A5 Wagyu Ohmi Beef Tataki with freshly shaved seasonal truffles.
