Instructions:

Beer-Battered Fish

  1. To make the batter, gradually pour the beer and 3/4 of the flour into a bowl, stirring with a spoon until you have a smooth, lump-free batter.

Ingredients

  • 2 white fish fillets
  • 200 ml beer (lager)
  • 125 g flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil for frying

French fries

  • 4 potatoes
  • cooking oil

Tartar sauce

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 pickled cucumber
  • 1/2 onion
  • Fresh dill
