They only take 10-15 minutes to prepare, but you’ll need a Thermomix or a good blender.
No-bake Cranberry Energy Bites with Peanut Butter

Blender or Thermomix
Ingredients
- 125 g cranberries
- 80 g oat flakes
- 80 g dates
- 40 g chia seeds
- 50 g peanut butter
- 30 g nuts
Instructions

Place all the ingredients in a Thermomix bowl and ground them for 15 seconds on speed 7. If using a blender, use maximum speed.

Shape the mixture into balls by hand and refrigerate for an hour and a half til they harden.

These will keep for up to 10 days refrigerated in a lidded container.
